Present		The Full Board.

Minutes		The Minutes of the last meeting were
		read & confirmed.

Webster		The Secretary read Webster's letter of the
		net.

Cup tie		The Secretary was instructed to send
		cheque for £249.1.0 half share and
		£12.3.10 fares to Middlesbro.
		The Secretary reported the receipt of
		£283.15.0 & £12.3.10 from Middlesbro.

A. Berry	The Secretary reported his interview
		with A. Berry & that he had signed
		his league transfer from Fulham to us.

Pinkney		The Secretary reported the visit of the
		Chairman & himself to West Hartlepool
		to see Pinkney play: that the game was
		postponed: that Pinkney had been
		engaged by us at 55/- per week with a
		bonus of £10 & a donation of £30 to
		his club West Hartlepool expansion
		the same to be increased to £55 if we
		engaged him for next season. Confirmed.

Walter		The Secretary reported the engagement
Scott		of Walter, Scott at £4 per week £10
		Bonus & a transfer fee to Grimsby of £750.
