[Meeting of Directors held at Bradford Hotel
March 7th 1911]
Present All the Directors.
The minutes of last meeting & of Finance
meeting were read & confirmed.
Clennel Messrs Wade, Whitford, Wilson & the Secretary
reported their visit to see Blackpool: Clennel
play at Bolton and after discussions it
was resolved that the Secretary offer up
to £500 for his transfer.
Keary And to endeavour to effect the engagement
of this player up to £2 per week.
Fleetwood And, after reading Garner's report, that
Mr. Wade & the Secretary negotiate with
Rochdale for his transfer up to £500.
Webb It was reported that this West Ham
player was not available.
Jefferis & Messrs Kirkwood, Wade, Kelly & the Secy.
Trueman were deputed to visit Leyton on Saturday
with full powers herein and to report
Buchan on the play of Buchan.
Reports The League & Combination games were
reported.
Grimsby J. D. Taylors report on the Grimsby - Huddersfield
Reserve match was read.
