[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park February 7th 1911]
Present All the Directors.
Minutes The Minutes of last meeting were read
confirmed.
Taylor The Secretary was instructed to go to
Newcastle on Saturday with power to
obtain the transfer of this player if
suitable.
J. D. Taylor This players application for a benefit
having been again considered it was
resolved that no benefits be given this
season but that Taylor be informed
that his services will be recognised
in due course.
Alterations The visit of the City Building Surveyor was
reported & the minor alterations as
recommended by Mr. Kelly & which
were approved by the Surveyor were
approved.
Cup tie v The Secretary reported that the Gross
L’pool receipts were £1916.3.2.
The statement thereof & of the expenses
was submitted & approved & the
following payments passed.
£95.16.2 to the F. A.
£860 to L’pool F. C.
£36 for Bonus to the players.
