254 The Secretary was instructed to refund 4/- overpaid on the 27th inst. by L. C. Billcox. The Secretary reported the gross receipts and attendances on the 27th 31st inst. & 2nd inst. & that the Bank Balance was S £5435.5.11. England v The Secretary read letter from F.A. with Scotland suggested charges for admission to ground & stands & same were approved except as to Bullens Rd. Stands & it was suggested alternatively that the existing members B stand be reserved at 3/- and the usual 1/- portions to be unreserved at 2/-. It was also pointed out that the F.A. were reserving 790 seats for complimentary purposes. Next meeting Tuesday at Goodison Park 6.45. Finance meeting same evening 6 pm. William Whitford
