[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park,
October 25th 1910]
Present All except Mr. Bainbridge.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were
read & confirmed.
Macaulay The Secretary was instructed to ascertain
Macaulay's occupation & if he would
play for us in the event of our being
able to find him similar employment
in L'pool.
Bowie The Secretary reported that he had as
yet been unable to see Mr. Leitch
hereon.
Stirling The Secretary reported the visit to
Clyde F.C. & Newcastle F.C. of Mr. Bainb-
ridge & himself & that the former had
declined to treat for Stirling's transfer
Stewart & that Mr. Watt had held us hope
of his directors treating for Stewart's
transfer to us.
Rafferty Middlesbro having declined to treat
for this player the Secretary was
instructed to reduce his transfer
fee to £100.
Players The Secretary was instructed to arrange
Billiard for the opening of Players Billiard
room room at 8 pm on the 1st prox. with an
exhibition game between Mr. Francis
