Present All the Directors.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting & of Finance
meeting were read & confirmed.
D. Thomson The Secretary read letter of the 12th inst.
hereon.
Macauley The Secretary reported that Macauley
played on Saturday for Glasgow Rangers.
Couper That on seeing Couper play he was of
opinion that on the form showed he was
of no improvement on what we had.
Press reports That Mr. A. Jeans had written a letter
which was read.
T. Jones That Birmingham had sent a bill
for £150 dated Oct. 8 payable 2
months after date, after discussion
it was resolved to accept same.
Lanc. Cup That our share of receipts herein
£110.2.9 had been received.
The deputation reported their visit to
Bowie Sheffield yesterday & were of opinion
& that both Bowie & Stirling showed be
Stirling secured.
Resolved that Mr. Bainbridge & the Secretary
