The Secretary reported that the League had refused Rafferty's application for reduction of transfer fee. Hoardings The Secretary submitted D. Allen & Sons' acceptance of tenancy of Hoardings for £50 per annum from May 1st 1910 on annual tenancy and he was instructed to enter into the necessary agreement there for reserving the right however to determine the tenancy in case structural or ground alterations rendered same necessary.
