90 Benevolent The Secretary reported that Messrs Lamont & Grant Fund of the County F.A., Messrs Williams & Watson of the Liverpool F.C. and the Chairman & himself met in conference hereon, and it was resolved that the recommendation be made to the respective clubs and association viz., That Liverpool and ourselves contribute £25. each out of the gate receipts in the replayed Liverpool Senior Cup final tie (provided the gate exceeds £50) and the County F.A. £10, to form the nucleus of a Benevolent Fund, and that the County F.A. provided their net balance is not below £200, shall at all times maintain such fund at the minimum amount of £60. The recommendation was adopted. The Secretary also reported that the prices of admission for the replayed tie was discussed and it was arranged that they be 4d, 8d & 1/- & their action was confirmed.
