Heggarty The Secretary reported having seen this right
full back of Hartlepool United play against
North Shields Athletic at North Shields.
That he is a very fair player of good build
and apparently about 23 years of age.
Tweddle He also reported that the right wing of this
Fletcher & Greener team Tweddle & Fletcher, played very well
indeed, that Greener the centre half back
of North Shields Athletic played outside left
but he was their best forward and showed
good football abilities. It was resolved that
Messrs Kelly, Wade, Wilson and the Secretary
visit West Hartlepool on Saturday next to see
these teams in their return engagement.
Port Glasgow The Secretary reported that Port Glasgow had
loaned Lynch to the Hearts of Midlothian, and
gave a list of the latter club's forthcoming
engagements.
Edwards The Chairman and Mr. Clayton reported their
visit to Bacup, but that this player was of
no use.
