Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed.
Revaluation The Secretary reported a telephonic message
of Property from Mr. Lancaster, the Assistant to the
West Derby Union & pointed out that our
assessment to the Poor Rate being for this
year only, he would be glad to Know the value
of our new erections. The Secretary pointed out
that the whole of our present erections had been
included in the valuation sent to him
prior to the reassessment, and on being
reassured that this was so, Mr. Lancaster
professed to be satisfied.
Postponed The Secretary reported that Manchester United
Matches would not play as on the 21st inst. and his
action in suggesting March 7th was approved.
Woolwich That Aston Villa could not play us on March 29th
but offered March 14th & that he had offered to
go to Nottingham on March 29th was also
approved.
Alterations Mr. Leitch suggested that the following amounts
be paid: £1500 to Francis Morton & Co. £750.
to Bullen Bros. and £1000 to himself.
Resolved that: £1000 be paid Fcs. Morton & Co.
& £500 to Mr. Leitch & that no payment be made
to Bullen Bros. until their accounts had
