Alterations	The Secretary was instructed to write
		Mr. Leitch as to amended plan.

Tour		The Secretary reported the non receipt
		of letter from Haarlem & it was
		resolved that he make enquiries
		as to the probable cost of a visit
		to Copenhagen.

Sardinia	A letter from Rev. Stanley Rogers requesting
Disaster	a donation herein was read & the
		Secretary was instructed to reply
		that if a Towns fund were organised
		we would favorably consider his
		suggestion.

Army Cup	The use of the ground on a week day
		between the 20 & 31 January was granted
		on same terms as before.

C. A. Cook	The Secretary was instructed to give
		C.A. Cook his Combination transfer.
