Model of Mr. Leitch attended & exhibited a model Ground &c. of his proposed new Goodison Park together with plans of proposed dressing rooms & double deckers & he was instructed to alter his model to show double decker stands on either side of the pavilion also to show a plan of the north double decker stand which would not infringe any right of light and to give us an approximate idea of the cost.
