269 [Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park October 12th 1909.] Present D. Kirkwood Esq Chair Messrs Bainbridge Davies Kelly Wade Wilson The Directors viewed the new stand and Mr Leitch pointed out the work to be done by Bullens & himself. The following prices were fixed :- The north and south ends at 1/6 per reserved and booked seat. The centre portion around the Directors box at 2/0 per booked & reserved seat. The press box to comprise 7 rows of 7 seats each from the head of spiral stair case to the front of stand. Resolved that no further progress with the proposed Billiard room for the players be made pending the further consideration thereof by the Board. New players The Secretary reported the receipt of letter from Woolwich that they were prepared to transfer any of their players. Resolved that Mr. Kelly & the Secretary go tomorrow with powers up to £1200 for Ducat & Greenaway. D Kirkwood
