Minutes The Minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. Lead The Secretary was instructed to have the lead stored. Coleman The Secretary read Coleman's reply. Third Team The Secretary reported that he had arranged with W. H. Phillips to be at our disposal on Saturday's from date to the end of April 1910 at a fee of £20. This action was confirmed subject to the engagement being determinable at a fortnights notice. W. R. Clayton The Secretary reported that with Mr. Clayton's approval a rose bowl had been substituted for a gold watch & same was approved and a suitable inscription ordered.
