Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Ground for The Secretary reported that The Tramways
A Team A.F.C. had accepted our offer of £30 for
the use of their Football Ground &c. for
Saturdays & Holidays during the Season
1909/10 subject to an agreement being
entered into.
Alterations The Secretary mentioned the proposed alterations
to F. A. Rules of Rule 46 which if passed would make
the decisions of affiliated Associations in
matters governing competitions final
& it was decided to oppose such alteration.
Argentina The Secretary read letters from Mr.
Bainbridge & telegram from the President
of the League & reported the receipt of
cheque for £28 the fares from Southampton
to Liverpool.
Further The Board inspected the terracing in front
