Buck		Resolved that the offer to Buck of a
		re-engagement on last season's terms
		be renewed.

Balance		The Secretary presented the a/cs &
Sheet & a/cs	Balance Sheet for 1908/9 and
		Mr. Herbert Bowler explained same in
		detail.
		Mr. Kelly proposed.
		Dr. Whitford seconded.
		and it was unanimously resolved.
	1	That the amounts due from Sundry Debtors
		be valued for the purposes of the Balance
		Sheet be valued at £921.8.0 on open a/cs.

		It being reported that £320 of this sum is
		an estimate of the amount due from Notts
Burnley		Forest and £400 a sum on loan free of interest
		to Leicester Fosse F. C.

	2	That a depreciation of 10% be written off
		Ground Stands Hoarding & erections amounting
		to £1404.11.0 and of office fixtures & implements
		amounting to £13.2.11.

	3	That the Statement of a/cs, Balance Sheet
		and Profit & Loss a/c be approved.

	4	That the amount expended in connection
		with clothing materials & stores be written
		off against income & expenditure a/c.

	5	That the Auditors to the Co. be instructed
		to take control of admission to the
		Annual Meeting the distribution of &
