Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read &
Confirmed.
St. Helens Town The secretary was instructed to offer
the 28th inst. to St. Helens Town F.C. on half
gross gate terms without guarantee.
New Years Day The secretary was instructed to offer to
St. Bernards F.C. £25 & half gross gate
over £50 for a match here on Jany. 1st
and failing them to offer Aston Villa Res.
£50 guarantee & half gross gate over £100.
Reports The secretary reported that he had
Douglas arranged the fee for Douglas' transfer at
£125 with a salary to Douglas (including
salary as clerk) at 50/- but that his
parents would not sanction his leaving
home yet a while.
