Produced to Directors Oct 14 1908 THE FOOTBALL MUTUAL INSURANCE FEDERATION. RULES. 1.The name of the Combination shall be "THE FOOTBALL MUTUAL INSURANCE FEDERATION." 2. The objects of the Federation shall be the Mutual Insurance of the players and trainers of Clubs in member- ship. 3. The Insurance covered by the Federation shall be Claims arising in case of death, and cases of partial or total disablement arising during the engagement of any insured player, but only so far as such Claim shall extend beyond the 30th day of April succeeding the injury. 4. The Board of Management, who shall have full control over the Federation, and whose decision shall be final, shall consist of six Directors, two appointed by each of the following organisations:- The Football League, The Scottish Football League, and the Southern Football League, and a Chairman to be appointed by the Directors in addition annually in rotation from each of three before- mentioned Leagues. The Secretaries of the respective Leagues shall be the resident Secretaries of the Federation, subject to the approval of the Directors. 5.Membership of the Federation shall be open to all Clubs, subject to the approval of the Board of Manage- ment. 6. All Clubs in membership shall pay entry fee of £1 per player or trainer insured, and such other sum as may from time to time be agreed upon by the Board of Management. E. A. Bainbridge
