Insurance The Secretary having read the conditions of Players &c. governing the policies of the Football Mutual Insurance Federation it was resolved that an insurance of our players & staff be effected with that Company. Friendlies The Secretary reported that up to now he had been unable to arrange a fixture with Tranmere Rovers & that we Birkenhead £5 had a vacant home Date on Sep. 19 Letter book 657 & he was instructed to make the best arrangement possible. Advertising Upon further consideration of the proposal for 1908/9 to advertise in the evening papers in lieu of posting it was resolved to advertise by posters as heretofore but to reduce the number to 150.
