Advertising The amount and system of advertising
for 1908/9 our matches for next season was
discussed and Dr. Whitford & the Secretary
were instructed to ascertain the cost
of advertising inside the electric
cars & in the evening papers throughout
the Season & report to the Directors.
Doig Resolved that Doig's application
for engagement be declined.
Police Sports Resolved that the Police As. be
allowed to arrange their tug of war
as heretofore.
Cups The Secretary was instructed to insure
the 2 cups at 5/- each and to allow
them to remain at the Winslow Hotel
provided they were kept upstairs.
Season The arrangements for the renaming
Tickets of the various portions of the ground stand
the printing & particulars of season
tickets as submitted by the secretary
were approved.
It being reported that only 22 boys
season tickets were sold last Season.
It was resolved that season tickets
to the ground be only issued to boys
and that the price thereof be 4/-
& the Secretary was instructed to bring
this prominently to the notice of all
