		& Suffolk Insurance Society offering to
		accept our proposal for a further Year at
		a reduction in premium of £26.5.0 but
		it was resolved that enquiries be made
		from other quarters before taking action.

Divisional	  Resolved that we nominate Mr.
Representative	  Jno. McKenna.

		The Secretary was instructed to place
		on the Agenda paper a notice re.
		Edwin's salary.

		Resolved that facilities be offered to the
		Express photographer to take a photo
		of the directors for reproduction in their
		Guide.

Medals		The secretary was instructed to accede
		to Vaughtons request to return sample
		medal but to weigh same before so doing.

Friendly	The Secretary was instructed to arrange
fixtures	Home & Home fixtures with Tranmere
		Rovers & Old Xaverians.

M'Cormack	The Secretary reported that McCormack
		had applied to the League for reduction
		of transfer & his reply was approved.

		This action in notifying the Secretary
		of the League of the following amended
		fees viz. Booth & Crelley at £200 each
		DePledge £25 McCormack £100 & C. Stevenson £10
