The Secretary reported that the gross
receipts of the Everton L'pool Combination
match were £213.14.5, Expenses £7.19.5
& it was resolved that a cheque for
£102.17.6 be sent to L'pool F.C. at once
as requested.
Seat covering Dr. Whitford, Mr. Wilson & the Secretary were deputed
to obtain tenders of carpeting for the
shareholders stand.
Chadwick Chadwick attended & explained why
he had taken out a contract & it was
resolved to further consider the matter
