by Counsel and Counsels observations
& Messrs North Kirk & Cos. letter upon
such proposal and it was resolved
that the resolution as drawn by
Counsel be submitted to the Shareholders
at a meeting to be convened for May 25th.
Proxies The Secretary was instructed to enclose
a stamped proxy form with each
Balance Sheet and to charge the cost
thereof to the Board.
