13 [Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park September 3rd 1907.] Present E. A. Bainbridge Esq. Chair Messrs Clayton Kirkwood Wade Whitford Wilson Minutes The Minutes of the last two meetings were read & confirmed. Painting The Secretary's action instructing the painter to paint the top portion of the front of the Grand stand with a third coat of white paint at a cost of £2 was confirmed as was his action in accepting the tender of North for painting all signs as per tender for £8.10.0. Refreshment The Secretary reported the acceptance of Tents The B.W.P.H. Co. of the room allotted & that they were lowering the floor and laying on gas. Also the visit of Bovril Ltd. & read a letter from them & it was resolved that the space offered be increased to 14 ft x 5 ft x 6½ feet & that an extended contract be not given; the secretary was instructed to discuss with them the question of supplying the patrons of the grand stand with Bovril.
