Combination Resolved that the Management
Fixtures Mtg. committee be invited to hold their
Fixtures Meeting at Llandudno as
Cee our guests.
Annual Resolved that the Annual Meeting
Meeting of the Shareholders be held at the
Exchange Hotel on the 25th inst.
Empire Day The use of the Practice ground was
granted for rehearsals from the 18th
inst.
M. Turner The Secretary read letter form Turner
Senr. & reported his reply which was
approved.
Alteration of The Secretary brought up the resolution
Art of Assocn. of the Shareholders held in Meeting
on July 20 1907 & it was decided to
prepare a resolution in the terms set
out at such Meeting for the consideration
of the Shareholders at a Meeting to be
held after the Annual Meeting.
Expenses incurred by Mr. Kirkwood
amounting to £6.10.4 and £1.7.0
were passed.
The Secretary reported the L'pool F. C.
cordially supported the nomination
of Dr. Baxter & the Secretary to the League
& Combination Committees.
