Reports The Secretary reported the visit of Preston
North End on Saturday making an
offer of £125 and the transfer of L. Cook
Winterhalder for Winterhalder and that they proposed
L. Cook to attend this meeting.
Resolved that the minimum transfer
fee for Winterhalder be £250 & that we do
nothing with Cook meanwhile
Upon Mr. Houghton attending negotiations
were opened and the former resolution
being rescinded Winterhalder was
reconsidered & Mr. Houghton's offer of
£200 was accepted and of £525 for
Chadwick him & Chadwick coupled was also
agreed to.
Graham In reply to his enquiry for Graham that
player was offered for £250 & he promised
to consult his colleagues.
Pratt The Secretary reported the visit of the
Barrow Secretary & Pratt & that he
learned that Pratt was on Birmingham's
