The Secretary read a letter enclosing a Resolution from the L'pool & Dist. F.A. of congratulations on our success in the Cup Competition. Income tax The Secretary reported that our assessment &c. Assessment had been increased by £90 in respect of the poor rate & by £83.6.0 in respect of Income tax (Sched A & B). The Secretary was instructed to send a donation of 21/- to Arthurlie F.C. for the widow & children of Wm. McMillan deced. The Secretary reported the receipt of the League fixtures for 1906/7 & he was instructed to arrange if possible for 21 fixtures up to Decr. 31 1906. Geo. Mahon
