Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read &
confirmed.
Rodway Mr. Clayton reported that Rodway had re-
signed for Preston North End.
Simpson Mr. Kirkwood reported that Falkirk would
not part with Simpson meantime.
G. Wilson Resolved that if possible Wilson and
Simpson be secured & any other young
players approved of & for that purpose
Messrs Bainbridge, Clayton, Kirkwood,
Wade, Whitford, Wright, the Secretary &
the two trainers proceed to Scotland.
Elliott & Lofthouse to go on Wednesday.
Messrs Clayton, Wade, Whitford & the Secretary
on Thursday & the remainder on Friday
with full powers.
Medals Resolved that all those players who took
part in the cup ties (save Oliver) the Secretary
& trainers receive medals of a value not
