Chair Messrs Bainbridge Clayton Davies Kelly Kirkwood Wade Whitford Wright Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. The motion to pay Birnie the Maximum wage for last week was lost. Accrington The Agreement signed by Accrington Stanley Stanley was read & approved. Pavilion The Secretary read statement of a/c & cost & it was resolved that the matter be referred to the Ground Committee to make the best arrangement to close the matter. Mr. Wright could not give a definite report upon the abilities of Webb & Grieve & the Secretary was instructed to ask Greenock if they had a match arranged for Saturday next so that Grieve could again be seen play.
