The Secretary read the requisition of the
Shareholders also the notice convening
the Meeting.
The Secretary made a statement that
the Directors were advised that owing to
the requisition not complying with the
Companies Acts no resolution could
be passed upon which the directors could
act: that the directors therefore suggested
that the shareholders present should
express their views as to the nature of
alteration they would suggest so that
if necessary the Board could prepare
the necessary resolutions for submission
to the Shareholders for next season
it being stated that no alteration
