		resolution, but that the shareholders
		present be invited to express their views
		upon the proposal and that if necessary
		a notice calling a meeting of the shareholders
		could be given and further that the
		Directors would recommend that no
		alteration be made for the ensuing
		season.

Lofthouse	Lofthouse attended and was strongly
		urged to devote himself in the future
		more seriously to his work and that
		being a weekly servant any complaints
		as to his condition or mode of working
		would if proved result in his dismissal.

		The question of holidays for Weston &
		Edwin were left with the Secretary.

a/c		Expenses of Mr. Kirkwood & Secretary
		to Scotland £14.5.0 were presented & passed.

Cheques		Mr. Wilson being absent this motion was
		deferred.

		The Secretary was instructed that the
		Board did not approve of players
		lodging so far from the ground as
		Formby & Grove Street.
