[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park April 23 1907.] Present Geo. Mahon Esq. Chair Messrs Bainbridge Baxter Clayton Davies Kelly Kirkwood Wade Whitford Wilson Minutes The minutes of the three last meetings were read, confirmed & signed. Adamson The arrangement to pay a transfer fee of Eight pounds to Lochgelly United for the transfer of Adamson was approved. The Secretary reported that T. Chadwick & H. Bolton had signed for next season. The action of those directors at Chingford in altering the team for the Final tie was discussed & approved. Alterations The architect attended & submitted to Stands &c. plans of the proposed new stands and alterations to the ground &c. in connection therewith, and having explained same it was resolved that they be approved and that the architect prepare quantities at once.
