Minutes The minutes of last meeting & of the
Confirmatory shareholders meeting were
read & confirmed, as were the minutes
of the joint advertising and ground
Committees.
O'Hagan Mr. Smiles of Middlesbro F. C. attended
& in reply to his enquiry for easier
terms for O'Hagan it was resolved that
whilst we could not reduce the amount
we would defer the payment of the second
instalment to Jany. 1st & he promised
to report to his Board.
Johnston 3rd Lanark having promised to consider
the matter at their meeting tonight the
Secretary was instructed if necessary
to proceed to Scotland with powers as
before but to obtain a warranty of
Johnstons soundness from the Club & if
possible have him examined medically.
