		The circular letter from Mr. Bentley was
		read & the Secretary was instructed in
		acknowledging same to reply that any
		application from Manchester City F.C. would
		receive due consideration.

		The Secretary was instructed to pay the
		additional Tax Sched. A of £4.3.3 in
		respect of additions.

Day & Hour	Resolved we meet on Tuesdays at
of Directors Mtgs. 6.45 at office.

		Resolved that the proceeds of the practice
		games be allotted to Hospital Saturday
		Fund & Stanley Hospital as heretofore.

R. Molyneux	The Secretary having read letter from
		Brentford F.C. offering to play us at Brentford 
		for the benefit of the widow & children of
		R. Molyneux & it was decided that Mr.
		Clayton be empowered to relieve their
		immediate necessities up to £10 & to
		further consider the proposed match.

		Mr. Wade gave notice.
		To send a photo of the cup team and
		To entertain at a Social evening to the
		Shareholders.

Bowser		The Secretary was instructed to proceed
		with Bowser with view to keeping him for
		Season 1907/8.
