Minutes The Minutes of the Meeting of Directors
of May 22nd, The Annual Meeting and
Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of
May 28th were read & confirmed.
O'Hagan The Secretary reported that he had
received no intimation from Middlesbro.
F.C. as to O'Hagan.
Dorward The engagement of Wm. Dorward at 30/-
weekly in summer and 50/- in winter with a
£5 bonus & £100 to Montrose F.C. was confirmed.
Johnstone The Secretary was instructed to again write
3rd L R V re Johnstone.
Mr. Bainbridge reported the League & F.A.
Annual Meetings.
The Secretary reported his arrangement
with Manchester City for Sep. 3 at Goodison
& Dec 26 at Hyde Rd. they to pay us £50.
