The Secretary was instructed to represent
the Club at the Lanc. F.A. Annual meeting
at Bury tomorrow.
Mr. Wright was nominated as our representative
on the L'pool & Dist. F.A.
The list of Referees for Lanc. Combination
as prepared by the Secretary was approved
Mr. Clayton's proposal of Mr. Anderson being
added.
The Secretary read letter from Auditors to
Shareholders : also letter recommending
that Directors should sign the Gate
book &c. & it was resolved to adopt such
recommendations.
Next meeting June 12th.
O'Hagan The Secretary was instructed to offer the
Middlesbro F.C. to accept the payment
of this fee at £100 down & £100 on Decr. 1.
Childrens The use of the Practice Ground on July 14
Sports was granted.
The use of the ground for the postponed
Festival for Saturday was granted.
