Reports were made by the Directors present at the
City & City Reserve matches.
The Trainer made his report.
The Doctor's report was read.

Director to Higham Mr. Mahon.
Reduction of Resolved that the sum of £1500 be paid to the
Mortgage Mortgagees in further reduction of the
mortgage on the 1st. prox. : also that the sum
of £83.9.9 interest due 31st inst. be paid.
Lancr. Cup tie The Secretary was instructed to interview the
St. Helens Recs. F. C. and to intimate to them that
as we were playing a League match at home on
Jany. 9th we would play them at St. Helens
on that date failing which we would play them
during the following week but would not make
them any pecuniary allowance & that if
these arrangements could not be made that
we would not contest the tie.
