Pavilion &c The Secretary reported the increase in our assessment by £90 in respect of the new Pavilion &c. Directors to Messrs Bainbridge, Baxter, Kelly, Wade, Clayton London & Whitford with Mr. Hardman Senr. Notts County having applied for the transfer of McLaughlin the Secretary was instructed to obtain a minimum of £150. The Secretary reported that he had transferred S. B. Ashworth to Burslem Port Vale which was confirmed. The Secretary read letter from Frank Sugg asking for photos &c to hang outside his shop & this was agreed to & the same was directed to be given to J. Sharp. An application for the use of our ground by the 8th Scottish V. B. was declined. Geo. Mahon
