Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed also of Finance Committee.
The Secretary reported.
Harrison No reply from Southampton re Harrison
that the Lancashire F.A. meet tomorrow.
Millington That Villa refused to part with Millington
but suggested that they might part with
Matthews Matthews & Messrs Davies & Kelly were
deputed to go to Wrexham on Saturday to
see him play & report also on Evans O/L Wrexham.
Weaver That Mullen & Lofthouse visited Crewe
to see Weaver play but that Mullen's
written report & Lofthouse's oral report
were unfavorable.
McDermott That he had transferred McDermott to
Chelsea for £350 & that the mode of payment
be arranged & this was confirmed.
Makepeace That he had arranged to see Mr. Roper
re Harry Makepeace.
