[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel April
11th 1905.]
Present G. Mahon Esq. (Chair) Messrs Bainbridge,
Baxter, Clayton, Davies, Kirkwood, Wade,
Whitford & Wright.
Minutes The meetings of the last two meetings were
read & confirmed.
Reports Dr. Whitford & the Secy. reported seeing
Walton play & on their report it was resolved
to do nothing further.
G. Wilson Messrs Bainbridge, Baxter & Wade reported
their interview with the Hearts F.C. & as they
promised to write us it was decided to defer
the matter pending the receipt of such letter.

The trainers made their report
The Secretary reported teams visit to
Northwich yesterday but that Settle, W. &
R. Balmer & McDermott did not go.
That Settle had not attended today & he
was instructed to wire Settle to attend
tomorrow.
Maguire This player having applied for a trial
& it being reported that he was a registered
League player for Hamilton Acas & a professional
up to April 1 with Belfast Celtic & that he had
a free League transfer from Hamilton it was
decided to give him a trial on Saturday if his
