Present G. Mahon. Esq.(chair) Messrs, Bainbridge,
Davies, Kelly, Kirkwood, Wade, Whitford &
Wright. Dr. Baxter away on club business.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Reports The Drs. report was read.
The trainer made his report.
The Secretary reported that Hardman
had been selected to play for English
League at Glasgow on Saturday next
& he was instructed to write Mr. Hardman
Senr to accompany Mr. Kelly.
Training The usual course of training being considered
advantageous it was resolved to continue
same.
Team v Roose
Sheffield W. Balmer, Crelley,
Makepeace, Taylor, Abbott,
Sharp, McDermott, Young, Settle, Rankin.
2nd team match The Secretary reporting that he had written
3 clubs for a friendly match on Saturday
the selection of a team was left to Mr. Davies
& himself.
Oliver It was resolved that Messrs Clayton, Wade & Wright
