[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
September 13th 1904]
Present G. Mahon Esq. (Chair) Messrs Clayton,
Kelly, Kirkwood, Wade, Whitford & Wright.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Reports The Secretary reported his interview
with the Hamilton F.C. & with McLoughlin
that he had agreed with the club for the
transfer of McLoughlin for £35 but that the
player had decided to apply to the
League for a free transfer & postponed his
signing for us until after the League
Meeting & it was decided that we be
represented in Glasgow on the night of
the meeting & that whilst there we enquire
of Celtic for a half back.
The Doctors report was read.
The trainer made his report.
Selection of The selection of teams for Saturday was postponed
until 11.30 am. Thursday at the
Bradford Hotel.
Directors to Messrs Mahon, Davies and
Newcastle Kirkwood.
Whitley The Secretary reported the receipt
of post-dated cheque for £325 from Stoke
for this players transfer which was
accepted.
