The Secretary was instructed to write
Mr. A. T. Coates expressing the great
appreciation of the Board to the very
excellent service he had rendered to the
club and to request his acceptance of
a Season ticket. The Secretary's action
in inviting Mr. Coates to Llandudno on
Saturday next was approved.
Combination Resolved that the following players have

Secretary was instructed to apply to the
Combination for permission to obtain the
number in excess of 11 & to have their names
inscribed.
Whitley Dr. Baxter & Mr. Wright were deputed to
consider this players application.
Benefit The Directors resolved to suggest to
Matches the 4 players interested that the League
Games v Wolverhampton Wanderers & Bury
or Blackburn Rovers be set apart for
their benefit & the Secretary was instructed
to inform them.
Fulham The arrangement of this fixture at Fulham
on Novr. 28 for ½ gross gate with a guarantee
of £50 was confirmed as also was
City claim £175 for alteration of last seasons fixture
& £50 to play at Hyde Road on Good Friday.
Secretary's The Secretary's salary was increased to £260 per
Salary annum as from May 1 1904.
The Secretary was instructed to renew the application
