The Sec. to write & say if any Club wants it, to get them to apply & the Directors will deal generously with him. Club Dinner Resolved we have a Club Dinner on Monday next & provide musical entertainment same as the last to be held at the Falcon. Messrs Kelly, Bainbridge & the Sec. to make all arrangements. Chairman's Mr. Clayton informed the board, that he would position be going away early in January for 3 or 4 months. It was resolved "Mr. Clayton retain the position of Chairman."
