Society use of our Ground for their Sports on July 7th for the sum of £50 provided there is no horsemanship - They to do all alterations and also restore ground etc to its original condition. Finance: Messrs Baxter, Bainbridge, Cuff, Davies & Prescott whose duties shall be to check Gate Receipts & expenditure of the Club; examine all vouchers & books, and sign Cheques. Ground: Messrs Davies, Kelly & Kirkwood who shall look after Ground & erections & effect repairs at a cost of not exceeding £10. Advertising: Messrs Baxter, Clayton & Cuff, with power to enter into contracts for the hoarding; match cards and general advertising of the Club. Fixtures: Messrs Clayton, Prescott & Taylor with power to arrange matches & guarantees. Stores: Messrs Bainbridge, Kelly, Kirkwood & Taylor who shall see after stock, purchase, check & issue of, and their renewal.
