Present Dr. Baxter (chair) Messrs Bainbridge,
Clayton, Coates, Davies, Kelly, Kirkwood,
Whitford & Wright.
McDermitt Mr. Kirkwood reported that he had
engaged this player at £3 per week in
summer & £4 in season with a bonus of £10
& transfer fee of £150 to Celtic F. C. the
engagement was confirmed.
Reid Wilson The Secretary reported that St. Mirren would
Carr not part with Wilson, that Reid would
not come, and that Carr refused to sign
as arranged.
