Brearley The Secretary reported the receipt of Postcard
from the Lanc. F. A. that the executive decided
to take no action on the Referee report.
Mr. Turner The question of honorarium to this gentleman
was deferred as was the consideration of
the mode of dealing in the Balance sheet with
the loans to the Secretary & Elliott.
J. H. Cooper An application for a trial was read and
promised for August.
Next meeting Thursday at 2 at Bradford Hotel.

Present Jno Davies Esq. (Chair) Messrs Clayton, Coates,

The Secretary read letters from Elliott,
Ferguson & Robertson and the same were
handed to Mr. Clayton.
Competition Mr. Clayton spoke in support of his proposition
for 2nd Team to enter the Welsh Combination
Mr. Coates reported the result of the conference
by the deputation with the Liverpool F. C. & stated
that although they had decided to again join
the Lancashire Combination, in all future
seasons they would act in concert with us
in all matters affecting the common interest
of both clubs.
