re-sign him but if unsuccessful they

Present W. R. Clayton Esq. (Chair) Messrs Coates,
Davies, Kelly, Kirkwood, Whitford & Wright.
Minutes of last three meetings were read & confirmed.
Simpson The engagement of this player at £2.10 per
week in summer and £3 in winter. The terms
to Leicester Fosse F. C. being £175 and the free
transfer of J. Barlow was confirmed as was
the payment of £10 bonus to the player.
Competition Mr. Clayton having proposed that the Reserve
for 2nd team team be entered for the Combination for next
season it was resolved that a sub committee
consisting of Messrs Clayton, Coates & Whitford
interview the Liverpool F. C. and report to
the directors at their meeting called to consider
the proposal on Thursday next at 2 p.m.
Testimonial to Resolved that a cheque for £2.2.0 be
Mr. J. Heaton sent towards this testimonial.
League Linesman Resolved that the following gentleman be
nominated as Linesman.
