[Emergency meeting of Directors held at 26 North

Present Dr. Baxter Chair Messrs Clayton,
Davies, Kelly, Kirkwood, Mahon & Wright,
Messrs Coates, Bainbridge & Whitford away
on Club business.
The Secretary having received message
from Mr. Coates that Newcastle offered.
Gardner Gardner it was after discussion
resolved to request Mr. Coates to obtain
further details & particularly if he was
Alec Gardner late of Leith.
Corrin The Chairman referred to the engagement
of this player & he was requested to have
Corrin here for the next meeting.
Simpson Messrs Clayton & Wright reported that
they had arranged for the transfer of Simpson
(outside left) with Leicester Fosse on the terms
of £175 & transfer of Barlow.
