Present W. R. Clayton Esq. (chair) Messrs Bainbridge,
Coates, Davies, Baxter, Kelly, Kirkwood, Whitford,
& Wright.
Minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed.
Reports by trainer & Doctor made & read.
Young The Secretary was instructed to arrange
for Young to see Dr. Baxter, Whitford & Wright
at noon on Thursday they to have power to
call assistance of any other medical man.
Team v Wolves Whitley, Henderson, Balmer, Wolstenholme,
Booth, Abbott, Sharp, Taylor, Settle, Sheridan,
Dilly. Reserve - Brearley.
The Captain to have the rearrangement of centre
& left wing positions if necessary.
Blackburn Rovers: To be selected after Saturdays match.
Oswaldtwistle Kitchen, R. Balmer, Wildman, Clark, Russell,
Chadwick, Rankin, McDonald, Wolfe, Makepeace,
McEwan.
Director on gate Dr. Whitford.
to Oswaldtwistle Messrs. Davies & Kelly if possible.
Benefit match Resolved that ticket holders be charged the
usual charges for Saturday.
Mr. Clayton having reported that McDonald,
Clayton & Brearley did not turn up at ground
on Saturday also Percival the Secretary was
instructed to ascertain their reasons; also to
see Dr. Wright re Boardman.
Jones. E. Mr. Davies was requested to ascertain
full particulars of this player.
Continental tour Mr. Clayton was requested to ascertain probable
cost of this tour.
Smoking Council The Secretary having read letter in MAP.
